Approach / How I Work

My approach to therapy is warm, trauma-informed, and collaborative. I create a space where you can explore your emotions, relationships, and identity without judgment. Sessions are tailored to your needs, so we focus on what matters most to you while fostering growth, connection, and confidence.

You’re the expert in your own life. Together, we reflect on experiences, uncover patterns, and explore new ways of being. Therapy is a partnership where your voice and perspective are central.

1

Collaborative and Reflective

I prioritize creating a safe and supportive environment where your experiences are validated. Trauma-informed care means we move at a pace that feels manageable, focusing on safety, resilience, and empowerment.

2

Trauma-Informed and Safe

I provide queer-centered therapy for LGBTQIA+ individuals and couples, as well as people exploring relationships of all kinds. This means honoring your identities, validating your experiences, and navigating the unique challenges you face in a society that doesn’t always see you.

3

LGBTQIA+ Therapy

I integrate creativity, narrative, and relational approaches into sessions, encouraging you to explore who you are and how you want to show up in the world. Growth, confidence, and authentic self-expression are central goals.
