SERVICES

  • STANDARD SESSION | 50 MIN | $130

My individual work is for teens and adults who want to understand themselves more deeply, feel less overwhelmed by old patterns, and build a stronger sense of confidence and connection in their lives. Individual therapy is a space to slow down and reflect. Our work is collaborative and relational, tailored to your needs, and grounded in safety and compassion. I often incorporate parts work, noticing the different internal voices or “parts” that come from past experiences, helping you build curiosity and understanding toward yourself. Sessions explore emotions, identity, relationships, and patterns that may feel stuck, as well as the ways societal pressures and expectations can shape how you show up in the world. Together, we focus on helping you feel more connected to yourself and more confident in the life you want to build.

  • STANDARD SESSION | 60 MIN | $145

Relationship therapy is for queer and nontraditional relationships who want to understand patterns, navigate conflict, or work through transitions in their connection. I bring a relational, trauma-informed approach that values seeing each partner clearly and understanding how each person’s experiences shape the relationship. We use conflict and everyday challenges as opportunities to practice honesty, repair ruptures, and strengthen connection - embracing all aspects of your partnership, from love and joy to tension and growth. Sessions focus on communication, co-regulation, and relational resilience, helping partners build a supportive, authentic, and grounded relationship together.

Good Faith Estimate

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost.

Under Section 2799B-6 of the Public Health Service Act, health care providers and health care facilities are required to inform individuals who are not enrolled in a plan or coverage or a Federal health care program, or not seeking to file a claim with their plan or coverage both orally and in writing of their ability, upon request or at the time of scheduling health care items and services, to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” of expected charges for a service.

Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services.

  • You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services.

  • You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service.

  • If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.

  • Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
